Here is my go to easy back gym routine!

Lat Pull Down 4×12

Bent Row 4×12

1 Arm Row 4x 12 each arm

Banded Pull ups 4x failure

And with my wedding round the corner I finished the session off with 10 rounds of 1 minute skipping and 30 seconds body weight squats as active rest!
