Summer is here! Have a look at this traditional meal with a twist!!
2 x skinless cod fillets
100g 0% Greek Yoghurt
3 large teaspoons of tikka masala paste (mine was from Aldi)
Mix yog and tikka masala in a bowl and add a pinch of salt.
Pop 1 cod fillet in the bowl at a time covering it in the marinade!
Add some fry light to a non stick frying pan, add the fillets and cook on high for 3 minutes at a time!
Be careful flipping them over as the cod may flake easily!
Serve with anything of your choice!
I used baked ciabatta, home grown lettuce and salad tomatoes!
