Making Fitness Fun
My aim is to create a world where everyone can get the most out of health and fitness.
Having been brought up in an active family it wasn’t until I was older that I realised not everyone enjoyed exercise like me.
I believe my clients are unique and require holistic practises. Not one size fits all.

My biggest accomplishment was starting out my own business to enable me to transform the lives of others in my own unique way

Having coached for 10 years my philosophy around health and fitness has totally changed.
I’ve created a private functional training space that provides and escape to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Evie is fantastic, helping me drop from 18 stone to 12st 8lb in the space of 9 months through 1-2-1 training sessions and nutritional advice as well as constant support to achieve my goal. I cant recommend her enough, i'd put off getting in shape all of my life and Evie broke down what we needed to do into weekly achievable goals to get the overall result fast without it feeling overwhelming

I started working out with Evie after my ACL reconstruction surgery. She helped me develop confidence again in my recovering knee in running, jumping and exercising. She has been amazing in guiding me not only in exercising regularly as well maintaining a healthy diet.
Evie is a wonderful knowledgeable support. So helpful in my recovery from C-Section and additional surgery. Looking after the baby during sessions whilst both pushing me and ensuring i didn't push myself to much. Im sure my recovery would have not been as quick or as successful without her guidance and care. Would recommend her to anyone, a truly tailored person centred service.
